1. Premium Shipping

At Waqtify, we understand that acquiring a luxury timepiece is a significant moment. All our watches are shipped via fully insured, expedited courier services to ensure they reach you securely and promptly.

• Domestic Delivery: 2-3 Business Days
• International Delivery: 5-7 Business Days
• Signature is strictly required upon delivery for all orders.

2. Order Tracking

Once your timepiece is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also monitor your shipment's journey using the "Track Order" facility on our website.

3. Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in its original, unworn condition, complete with all original tags, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging.

Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. A dedicated concierge will guide you through the secure return process.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned timepiece by our certified watchmakers, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
